Airline ticket processing for a company handling Revenue Management for major airlines
For the last 12 years, we have been providing imaging and data capturing services for airline tickets to over twelve of their international airlines.
Besides scanning and data entry we also tally the revenue generated agent-wise, cross tally the flight coupons with audit coupons to detect discrepancies, process refund and OAL coupon.
The data in provided to them in 'TCN' format, which is a internationally approved format for airline industry data exchange. The validated data along with the images are sent to the company on day-to-day basis.
Services provided to leading Sharebroking Institutions
We provide back office services to a leading sharebroking institution in respect of their Depository Participant account opening and Demat activities.
The processing of forms for DP account opening includes inwarding, scrutiny, objection clearance by following up with the respective branches, data entry of the forms, scanning and indexing of forms and giving files for loading into NSDL and the clients' system.
The Demat processing activity includes processing of demat request, data entry of Demat Request Form, uploading to depository servers to procure demat request numbers, printing of covering letter and dispatch of certificates to client companies.
Sub-Custodial services to Foreign Financial Institutions
We have been providing Sub-Custodial services to leading Foreign Financial Institutions in India since 1995, providing data entry, data processing, scanning, database management and follow-up/ co-ordination services to them.
Contract Notes, Trade Instructions, Client related documents etc are scanned and indexed, which are viewed through the image retreival systems developed by us.
Back office processing services Insurance Companies
We have been handling the complete Back-office Processing of the clients for the past 8 years.
Our job includes scanning of documents, processing of application forms, screening, data capture of the details of the life assured, quality checking, scrutiny of documents, proposal maintenance, report generation, claims processing, etc.
We process an average of about half a million proposal forms per annum for the clients.
Scanning and indexing services to Telecomm Companies
We have scanned about 2 million documents for the our telecom clients in PDF format and provided indexing on key fields such as Mobile Number, Customer Subscriber Number, Customer Name, etc.
We have also provided them with custom developed system for image-retrieval.
We have been handling the Back-office Processing for our clients Credit Card and Personal Loans division.
The services include collection of documents from the courier's office, inwarding and acknowledgement to the branches, scanning, data entery, checking and processing and verification of applicant's credibility through CIBIL.
Account opening services for Retail Banks
We handle the account opening of the Retail Banking Division of our clients.
We download the application form images from the clients secure FTP server and capture / validate the data and upload the output files to the clients system on a daily basis.
Scanning and indexing services to an American Engineering Firm
We have indexed about half a million large-size engineering drawings for the client.
The scanned images were sent to us on CDs. Details like image number, micro-film number, drawing number, title, description etc. from the drawings were captured, indexed and output was given on CDs along with a custom-developed search-engine.
Data capture and processing services to a UK-based client
We have provided data capture services to an end user in the United Kingdom.
The job was to create a database of about 150,000 select commercial establishments of UK containing name, address, phone numbers, fax numbers, email ids and names of contact persons.
We were retained to periodically update and maintain the database and provide the mailing lists and other reports on an annual basis.
Software development services for a US-based mining, transportation and bagging company
We have developed a billing system with simple, easy-to-use graphical interface.
The system included modules for maintenance of information regarding customers, materials, ship-to details, General Account details, transport vehicle and driver details etc.
The system also implemented Find, Browse and Print-preview features, as well as various report modules.
